Found the bug, and it's strictly related to jmicron. Somehow the jmicron
entries were left in generic.ko, but without accompanying
chipsets_generic[] entry, which led to a bad pointer when it came time
to show the chipset name.
This is fixed in my git. It's unfortunate that I didn't get it done in
time for beta, but I will be uploading this kernel on Saturday, so by
early next week you should start seeing it on mirrors.
