Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: file-roller
file-roller | 2.18.0-0ubuntu1 | feisty/main Packages
Hi, stumbled on this little quirk by accident.
File Roller's Nautilus extension doesn't know how to handle a directory
path with a # in it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a folder on the Desktop. I used the name C# (Right click → Create
folder)
2. Place an archive/compressed file in said folder
3. Open C# and right click on the compressed file → Extract here...
4. Enjoy as File Roller plants an *empty* folder called C on your desktop
(regardless of the archive's contents).
Nothing to add, thank you =)
