Binary package hint: pidgin

I use ubuntu 9.04 and its default installed pidgin.all updates untill now is 
done.
I added a twitter account today and because of filtering issues in my 
country(Iran) I set the proxy setting.few seconds later without loging in the 
twitter account pidgin crashed and quit.
many times I tried but it wont start.

the result of "sudo tail -f /var/log/syslog" is 
first time:

second time:
