Ok, after I rebooted another time, the network icon disappeared. I still could connected to my network. In the space where the icon used to be there was a blank space. Clicking on the blank space did nothing. A reboot fixed this issue.
Here's something more. When I re-added Workspace Switcher, the Show Desktop applet crashed and a window popped-up asking me if I want to reload it or not. Two other applets crashed, but I can't remember what their names were. Mind you, I don't get an option to reload them when they disappear after a fresh boot. -- Show desktop icon disappeared from taksbar https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/580453 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
