Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xfce4
In Xubuntu 10.4 the Xfce session manager restarts any applications open
when logging out.
1. Log in to Xubuntu session
2. Open an application e.g. Firefox
3. Go to Applications > Settings > Xfce4 settings manager > Session and
startup > General
4. Ensure "Automatically save session on logout" is unchecked
5. Log out and back in again without closing Firefox first
6. Firefox will automatically restart
The expected behaviour is that no applications should be restarted if
"Automatically save session on logout" is unchecked, unless the
application is listed in "Application Autostart". This does not happen
with GNOME or KDE.
