Vlad,
It is an automated thing for the Incomplete status, however, there are 2
possible states when it Expires. Either, there was a response (which you
generously provided) and I have not been able to get back to the bug (what
happened here), or there was no response and the bug expires.
In this case there was nothing to worry about. :-)
