1) Section: Modifying the libvirt Template to use Bridging
No more needed (in Lucid at least). To enable bridging, adding option
--bridge br0 is enought. See /etc/vmbuilder/libvirt/libvirtxml.tmpl:

<interface type='bridge'>
<source bridge='$bridge'/>
#else
<interface type='network'>
2) --tmpfs option is not supported in Lucid and gives an error when using it:
vmbuilder: error: no such option: --tmpfs
It seems that this option has never been supported in fact
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/vmbuilder/+bug/536940/comments/1)
Needs to be removed from server guide.
3) firstlogin and firstboot commands are no more supported in Lucid and are
both giving an error when using them:
builder: error: no such option: --firstboot
vmbuilder: error: no such option: --firstlogin
Need to be removed from documentation
