Henrique, thank you for reporting this bug to ubuntu. Could you help us
track down this bug by following these steps?
1. Can you unmount the disk by going to Places -> Computer, right-clicking on
the CD-ROM unmounting it and trying again?
2. If this doesn't work could you reboot and see if the issue is reproducible?
The message you are seeing means that the disk is in use by some process
and tracking down what is locking it will help us determine if there is
a bug.
