Hi Chris. Thankyou for taking the time to reply to this bug report. I am happy to hear that your issues have been resolved after performing an update.
In Ubuntu 10.04, the ubuntuone applet has been removed. You are able to see the progress/ status of ubuntu one using "u1sdtool" in a terminal window. You can find out more information about u1sdtool by running "u1sdtool -h" (without the quotes) from a terminal window. 3 examples of using u1sdtool that I use regularly are: "u1sdtool -s" Get the current status of syncdaemon "u1sdtool --waiting-content" Get the waiting content list "u1sdtool --waiting-metadata" Get the waiting metadata list This bug report is being closed due to your last comment regarding this being fixed with an update. For future reference you can manage the status of your own bugs by clicking on the current status in the yellow line and then choosing a new status in the revealed drop down box. You can learn more about bug statuses at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status. Thank you again for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please submit any future bugs you may find. ** Changed in: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- Ubuntu One Web app continually loses connection or link with laptop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/514714 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
