Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Steps to repeat:

1. Start composing new email
2. Enter a few characters in the To: field that lead to several hits in your
address book
3. List of choices drops down
4. enter a few more characters so that the string no longer matches any
addresses
5. Freeze

For me this is 100% repeatable. While evo freezes, it consumes 200% CPU
(both cores maxed), and also steals the focus, so I can't click on
anything else. Evolution also turns gray.

The only way to kill evolution is to Ctrl-Alt-F1 to a text console and
kill from there.

I make a gdb dump, starting evo with gdb, killing it when frozen and
then getting a backtrace from the kill.

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
