There is an error is you configuration file at line
GRUB_GFXMODE=1280 x 800
The quotes are missing and the line should read
GRUB_GFXMODE="1280 x 800"
This file needs to be a valid shell script.
I'm closing this report because it's a configuration issue and not a bug.
Furthermore, when you're experiencing a bug please file a new report instead of
hijacking an existing one, unless you're really sure that it's the same problem.
