Interestingly, CJ itself doesn't actually decide which packages are
obsolete and ready for removal.  That functionality, as I understand it,
is mostly in apt.  However, we do have a plan to change update-manager
so that it can request a list of packages to remove from the CJ dbus
service.  It would then prompt the user to run CJ to do the actual
deletion.

So for now, I'm going to close this bug and we'll address the underlying
feature request through update-manager.
