Well, I gave it a try, and guess what: it solves my problem. The netbook-launcher works now as expected. I also installed compiz and enabled it. The application has no problem with it. I can now use the UNE session (no 2D) with compiz effects enabled.
I still haven't open a new bug related to this, as I wanted to wait a little to see if this wasn't really my problem. Should I now?
