I'm using eclipse 3.5.2-2ubuntu4 and am still getting the problem of
eclipse hanging on start at the splash screen.
Using the command:-
a...@wopr:~$ eclipse -vmargs
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/bin/xulrunner-${version}
Allows it to run.
