Public bug reported:

Trying to access an account I got a message saying there was no Java
plugin.

How to reproduce:

- Remove or disable sun-java*-plugin
- Restart Firefox
- Open https://www2.bancobrasil.com.br/aapf/login.jsp?aapf.IDH=sim
You get the message "Faça a instalação do JAVA (link para www.java.com)".

- Remove openjdk, icedtea etc
- Install sun-java6-plugin
- Restart Firefox
If it's the first time, you get a dialog that installs security, otherwise you
either get the account/password applet.
