I also confirm that this is a bug in openshot video when playing ogg
(.ogv) video files.
I'm attaching a .ogv video file which actually shows the problem
(recorded with gtk-recordMyDesktop)
And following the example bug report, here is my info:
Description: ogg (.ogv) files can't be played correctly in openshot, video
image is corrupted
1) No, this video does not work when playing it with ffplay.
2) No, it does not work in melt eihter, it shows the same problem.
3) Here are the details from ffmpeg about my video:

4) Yes, I have attached a small video which always appears corrupted when
using ffplay or melt or from openshot (but it plays fine under MPlayer or VLC
