Err... can you try to refresh your package cache? 'sudo apt-get update'
(Did you mess with your sources.list?)
You get:

but it should say something like: (your mirror URL might be different.)

500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
As apport can't find the package in an official arhive, but only locally
(100 /var/lib/dpkg/status) it thinks that the package is not an official
package. This means that something seems to be wrong with your package
cache.
