True, you attached /var/log/syslog, which however doesn't help that much. As to your mp3 problem, sorry, I really don't know. You can try the IRC channels, www.ubuntuforums.org, or the ubuntu-users mailing list - I'm sure you'll find somebody that can help you with it. Once again, thanks for the bug :)
