When there is no WiFi connection, the touchpad works better, but still freezes
time to time.
Without touchpad the following workaround gets it back to life:

gconftool -s /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad/touchpad_enabled -t boolean
false
gconftool -s /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad/touchpad_enabled -t boolean
true

After that I also have to do some dancing with the desktop/windows switching to
resume it.
But usually the touchpad freezes when I press a button on it.

When WiFi is connected, everything looks like a catastrophe.
It even disapears from "xinput list".

And in both cases it receives no events when I start "xev".

Can someone help with this issue please? I do not use mouse when I'm
travelling and it makes me suffering.
