You miss the point.
Ubuntu today is a non consistent OS, because 'stupid' bugs like this.
Does Canonical supply Photoshop in Ubuntu repos? No, of course.
Canonical should build Ubuntu on Ubuntu itself.
This is a technical issue, not only a ethical issue.
Techical issues are called "bugs", then this is a bug. And Canonical
should fix it.
