I attempt installing software from the resource package and updates I get error message prelude- imb. I discard the download and it could not fix the problem. This is on a Labtop operating system Kubuntu. It is also a problem on another computer a desktop that have kubuntu. I attempt to delete kpackagemanager, thinking that this was a software I downloaded, that cause the problem, this take out the add and remove package Icon and the package resource. I cannot update the operating system . It is a mess. Having the operating System make it easy to reinstall the system it you download the Upgrade you cannot reinstall the missing program.
