Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: emesene
When you do /me performs an action, it should be displayed as "Mike
performs an action" not just "performs an action". The username should
be displayed to both users so it is a full third-person statement of the
action.
This is a regression, as older versions of Emesene (Jaunty? Maybe
Karmic) did this properly.
