Public bug reported:
Currently the man2html package depends on the Apache stack. The package
comprises a CGI component, which clearly requires the Apache stack, and
a man page to HTML page compiler which I believe is not dependent on the
Apache stack. Having the man page to HTML page compiler available
separately without the need to install the Apache stack would be a
serious improvement in the package structure. Currently it is not
possible to install the man2html command via packages on a machine which
is not allowed to have the Apache stack installed.
