Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bird

For some reason this package doesn't appear to have picked up the 1.2.0
release from Debian. Perhaps it just missed the cut off point and nobody
cared.

However version 1.2.0 implements OSPFv3 support within the daemon and
that is important in deployments of IPv6. Given that Lucid is a five
year release, I think that support is vital.

I would suggest syncing to the 1.2.2 version currently Debian testing.
