Sorry, i missed discussion about this bug in my mailbox. For some reason
it dropped into spam.

Basically the problem is that i was not smart enough to use "screen" utility. 
But it is not a point.
The point of bug is when terminal is lost (i.e. internet connection or ssh 
session is aborted (i.e terminated unexpectedly)) terminal window is not closed 
and left orphan.
1. If i'm in normal bash and ssh session is terminated, terminal is destroyed 
(no complains, works as expected)
2. If i'm in screened session and ssh session is terminated, terminal is 
preserved  and can be reigned later via means of screen -r

But if in whiptail terminal is preserved and cannot be regained, meaning it 
left as orphan in system forever leaving user only with kill -9.
Expected behavior: terminal is preserved and can be regained via some means if 
ssh is terminated during apt-get execution if apt-get have not exited at point 
of reconnection.
