Thanks for your report. Your log files indicate that your hard disk (or
controller) is very upset, and the errors are ultimately due to that. It
may help to check whether the hard disk is old and in need of
replacement, or to move the system to a cooler environment. Since you're
using SCSI, also check SCSI termination.
