Hi Alex. Thank you for updating this bug. You are correct, the log files are empty. You will need to et Ubuntu One run for a while & copy some files into your Ubuntu One Folder so that there is information in these log files to help debug your issue. After Ubuntu One has been running for a while, please attach your ubuntuone logs to this bug. Please zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.
