Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xteddy

When I run xteddy in KDE with compositing disabled, it works fine.
However when compositing is switched on, things become very slow.
Dragging the teddy slows to a crawl. Also any windows dragged over where
the teddy is moves very slowly until it is clear of the teddy. I have
tried launching the application with the -wm flag both on and off.

This reminds me of something in Winnie-the-Pooh.
