Better than disabling tags, you can change the ffmpeg parameters soundkonverter 
uses.
Same lines HessiJames said, but instead of setting the "enabled" flag of the 
"tag" tag to "false", changing autor="-author %ta" to "-metadata autor=%ta" (so 
it uses the new "metadata" parameter of ffmpeg). Same for the rest.

Doing those changes is quick and easy.
