Hi,
Please see the attached screen shoots. Notice that the file saved in the 
Excel 97/2000/XP format shows the entries pushed up against the top of 
the cell while the entries when saved in the Excel 95 or ODS format are 
centered in the cell. You can zoom in to get a close look at this. Also 
attached are this file saved in all three formats. Hope this helps...

When using Open Office 3.2 Spreadsheet, save the spreadsheet as a Microsoft 
Excel 97/2000/XP (XLT) format. and then reopen that file, all the entries are 
crowded against the top of the cells. When I save the file in any of the older 
(XLS) formats the file looks OK when opened.
