I already explained to pitti why we are doing it this way. For Maverick we are changing the on-disk format anyway, and these packages I uploaded prepare Karmic and Lucid users for the change, while also fixing the bug they are already seeing, which is that street information gets lost if they edit contacts in evolution and see them in the web UI and viceversa.
