Binary package hint: transmission

uTP is a new open source BitTorrent protocol which offers several
significant improvement to the BitTorrent experience. Such as adaptively
controlling the bandwidth usage to not interfere with other Internet
usage and potentially giving us much more finely grained options for
scheduled bandwidth use.
