Yes. The problem is solved! I did an "info expr" and noticed that the manual page was showed. I expected the expr.info loaded. So I searched for the package where expr was packed. That was the "coreutils" package. Usually to get the documentation all to do is an apt-get install package-doc. Thats what I did and noticed it was not found. info coreutils is the complete manual for all the commands of the package :-) Sorry for the wrong conclusion. Please close this bug. It never was a bug. Thanks for the help.
