I am currently working on a similar bug.
Can someone try this and report back here whether it works for them or
not please?
Momentary workaround:
echo "SUSPEND_MODULES=\"sdhci sdhci_pci\"" | sudo tee -a
/etc/pm/config.d/suspend_modules
This will unload the SD card reader module on suspend and reload it on
resume.
