Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
With lucid lynx it often happens that panel applets are displyed corrupted...
most of the times the icon for showing the desktop is displayed corrupted (only
half of it is displayed), but there are worse cases, like for example now the
network manager applet is not displayed - there is although an approximately 1
pixel wide area, which, when clicked, displays the network menu. Yesterday on
my friends computer the session indicator applet got corrupted, showing only a
part of the (strange) MeMenu status indicator icon.
Rearranging the applets does not solve the problem, only removing them and
adding again.
