Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
This has been 100% since ive used 9.04 and maybe even in 8.10 also this was.
The workspace Switcher doesnt show that programm is maximized. When made
unmaximize and resized to all screen then icon in workspace switcher shows
acsact size. but if maximized window then wrong size.
Yester day i had crash with xfce4-panel bug 586159 and after panel came back
then this plugin workspace switcher was working correctly.
p.s. So maybe solution would be making panel crash on startup :)
