requirements are complete for Main Inclusion of bamf.
Availability: in universe
Rationale: Bamf is the new "wncksync" package which is needed by unity (which
will be the default UNE interface in maverick).
Security: no security issue known right now
Quality assurance: canonical dx team is upstreamed and strongly committed to
that package.
UI standards: no UI
Dependencies: all in universe
Standards compliance: follow FHS guidelines
Maintenance: canonical dx team is doing it
