David I appreciate the frustration you are experiencing. The Lucid release brought a record number of new users that severely degraded performance. The U1 team is working hard to fix the slow system performance. Until those issues are resolved it will be hard to diagnose your issue. I am leaving this bug as 'New' so that it can be addressed once the server side issues are resolved.
