== Rationale ==
python-parsedatetime is required by the debian package moin, which is included
in main. We are currently maintaining a large delta for moin to avoid depending
on python-parsedatetime. Promoting parsedatetime to main will relieve the need
for this delta. (note that similar MIR's are being filed for python-werkzeug
and xappy for the same reasons)

I have reviewed all main inclusion requirements and parsedatetime appears to be
in compliance.
