Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: vlc
Lucid system. While I have unity installed I am not using it.
vlc installed version is 1.0.6-1ubuntu1.1
Expected: Shortcuts from the view menu F11 and Ctrl-H (full screen and
minimal view) should respond.
Current behavior: when I press these keys while watching a video or
movie nothing happens.
