Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

It's been almost a month since Ubuntu 10.4 was released, but my laptop
at work hasn't offered to upgrade the distribution yet. I'm unable to do
it manually from either Update Manager or from Synaptic Package Manager.

My netbook at home did the upgrade seamlessly.

At work I sit behind a fairly anal corporate firewall, that block pretty
much everything expect HTTP traffic, and even blocks some rarely used
HTTP commands (PROPS, etc). However, in the past couple of years, I've
always been able to upgrade.
