Folks,
Please read Andy's comment #17. The upstream maintainers of the kernel
(meaning Linus et Al) have made the decision to remove the ability of custom
DSDT. This was NOT a decision by the Ubuntu Kernel Team.
Please file your grievance with the appropriate party.
