Definitely a "me to". This broke all my Java apps after updating to Lucid. And all of my co-workers too - we're a Java dev shop. The workaround of using the partner repo worked, but it was a nuisance; why jump through any hoops at all? Installing the real Sun JVM worked so nicely before.
Also, for the record, while I support it fully and want very much for it to be successful, OpenJDK doesn't work well enough yet to be the default. -- [needs-packaging] sun-java6 for lucid https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/515678 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
