Do you suspend or hibernate? If so, do you still get a freeze if you
don't suspend or hibernate?
Does disabling compiz fix the problem?
Immediately after your next freeze, could you post your kern.log and
Xorg.0.log.old (both as .txt's) and note the exact date/time of the
freeze?
