Munchkinguuy, looks like it keeps getting disconnected. The server performance right now is degraded, They are working hard on a fix. Until that gets fixed I would say its probably serverside.
The u1sync tool is used for testing and not something that is recommended for daily use. Have you noticed this behaviour connecting with u1sdtool -c or clicking connect in the U1 Preferences window?
