I am not sure if I understand what capacity the database has - since a database is produced from a spreadsheet for the purposes of mail merging, any information that was derived in the spreadsheet via formula which includes switches and conditions do not find their way into the database leaving the merged document with a bunch of blanks. Quite unfortunate really.
