At the time that I reported this problem I had just installed a wireless
card in the computer and I believe that is what was causing the freezing
problem. When I go into the setting to set up the wireless network my
computer still freezes. Unfortunately I'm working a very odd shift and I
just don't have the time to spend on my computer to see if anything else
will cause it to freeze or just by leaving it on of a time will do it.
I have had a few other problems one is with the updates.
I can down load them but when it goes to install them sometimes it
stops and asks me to pick an integer value from-20 to 19.
The screen resolution settings are a little problem attic.
After installing Feisty I need to adjust the screen resolution
I pick the settings I want and hit apply then the screen goes to the lowest
setting
possible to fix this I have to go into the hardware and select the monitor
my monitor
then the settings work.
K3b won't copy a cd.
I wish that I could explain these problems better but
I'm new to Kubuntu and the Linux world just thought that
by running the herd and reporting on any problems was the best way I could.
Keep up the great work we appreciate it.
Thanks Darren.
