Binary package hint: empathy
this happened after the latest updates installed for ubuntu 10.04 LTS,
which also changed the appearance of the chat window (in a nice way I
should say...) If a user writes a long message, this message does not
appear on my chat window. Moreover the next messages coming after that,
even if they are sent by the other user, they appear to be sent by me.
The package i'm using is 2.30.1-0ubuntu1.
