Binary package hint: deluge
I use the web interface. If I turn Compact Allocation on, I am not able
to mark files to not be downloaded. (It'd be more accurate to say that
the changes won't apply.)
After I mark files to not be downloaded and click "Update," the page
that I'm viewing refreshes and clears the changes that I made. I'd
expect for the changes to be applied and the selected files not be
downloaded. (This works fine when Compact Allocation isn't turned on.)
I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 with deluge 1.1.9+dfsg-1.
