I appreciate the frustration you are experiencing. The Lucid release
brought a record number of new users that severely degraded performance.
The U1 team is working hard to fix the slow system performance.
The "STANDOFF" related issues in your uploaded logs are most likely due
to the server-side performance issue. I am setting the status of this
bug report back to "new" as it is not easy to determine whether this
issue is server-side or something in the client.
